Common questions

Where is my history? On your iPhone, and in your own iCloud account if iCloud is on, so your other iPhones and your Apple Watch show the same count. There's no Pause account and we never see it.

Moving to a new iPhone? Sign in with the same Apple Account and open Pause; your history comes back through iCloud. You can also export it any time from Settings › Export history as CSV.

The Watch or a second iPhone shows a different count. Check that both are signed in to the same Apple Account with iCloud on, then open Pause on each. Settings shows whether sync is working.

The widget shows an old number. Open Pause once; the widget refreshes from the app.

How do I fix or delete an entry? Open History, tap the entry to change its time or reason, or swipe it right to delete it.

When does the count reset? At midnight, in your current time zone. Past days stay in History.
