Privacy Policy

Effective October 23, 2026. Baddie is made by Tai Maor.

Baddie is built so that what you log stays yours. There is no account, no advertising, no analytics and no tracking.

What stays on your device

Your habits, logs, notes, moods, reasons, amounts, prices and settings are saved only on your iPhone or iPad (and Apple Watch, if you use it). They are included in your device's own iCloud Backup if you have that turned on. We never receive them.

Your iCloud, if you choose

If you turn on automatic backups, Baddie saves a copy of your data once a day in your own iCloud account, managed by Apple (or on your device, if iCloud isn't available). With Baddie Pro you can also turn on iCloud sync, which keeps the same habits and history on your own devices through that same iCloud account. We can't see either. Both are off until you turn them on.

Purchases

Baddie Pro is bought through the App Store. Apple handles the payment and your Apple Account; we never see your name, email or payment details. Baddie asks the App Store on your device whether you own Pro. Apple gives us anonymous sales reports, such as how many people bought Pro in a country.

Crash reports

If Baddie crashes, it sends a report of where in its code the crash happened, with the app version, the iOS version and your device model. It never includes your habits, logs, notes or anything that identifies you. Reports are processed by Sentry (sentry.io), our crash reporting provider, with IP address storage turned off. You can turn crash reports off any time in Settings › Privacy.

Currency rates

When you change your currency, or bring in amounts in another currency from a backup, a file or another device, you can ask Baddie to fetch an exchange rate from ExchangeRate-API (open.er-api.com). The request contains only the currency codes. Like any internet request, it reveals your IP address to that service.

Links you open

Health pages link to outside websites, such as public health agencies and findahelpline.com. Those sites have their own privacy policies.

Deleting your data

Settings › Data & Backups › Erase everything deletes all habits and logs from the app. Deleting the app removes its data from your device. Backups you made in your own iCloud are yours to delete in iCloud settings.

Children

Baddie is rated for adults and is not directed at children.

Changes

If this policy changes, we'll update this page and the date above. If Baddie ever starts collecting anything new, the app will say so first.
